• 6+ years writing or editing: journalism, content marketing, or technical writing • A portfolio you'd stand behind • Enough security fluency to interview an expert • Curiosity to learn a domain you don't know yet • Ability to take a messy interview or raw data and turn it clear • Project management skills to run several pieces at once • Comfort with GenAI tools • Google Workspace knowledge • A degree, or a story about why you don't have one
