📋 Description

• Own the full JDE application portfolio, including fulfillment, financials/AP, integrations, orchestration, and supporting applications • Lead functional/business analysts, developers, and finance analysts • Own end-to-end delivery of JDE projects, enhancements, and support • Manage CNC, DBA, project delivery, and monitoring vendors and partners • Set the JDE strategy and roadmap with business stakeholders • Translate business priorities into sequenced, ROI-based plans aligned with executive leadership • Serve as the accountable owner and primary representative of JDE to the business, executive team, and external stakeholders • Lead and develop the JDE team, restore embedded fulfillment-center support, and build bench strength • Establish delivery discipline from charter and requirements sign-off through execution and plan-versus-actual tracking • Run projects through ROI-based planning and governed partner engagements • Own solutioning across fulfillment, financials, and accounts payable • Establish configuration, change-management, documentation, validation, auditability, and access-control governance • Reduce key-person risk through governed, trainable managed services • Drive JDE modernization, OCI cloud migration, AI/automation, and integration modernization

🎯 Requirements

• 16+ years of ERP experience • 10+ years of deep, current hands-on and leadership experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne • 5+ years leading teams at the Manager / Director level • Currently operating at Director level or above • Proven track record personally leading two or more end-to-end ERP/JDE transformation or organizational-restructuring initiatives with measurable results • Deep JDE expertise across fulfillment/distribution and financials/AP, including distribution, inventory, warehouse, and financials/AP modules • End-to-end JDE expertise across projects, support, and CNC • Experience managing JDE partners and managed-service engagements, including SOWs and delivery accountability • Ability to own, manage, and report delivery metrics and spend • Fluency in JDE integration tooling, including Orchestrator/AIS and related tools • Active engagement with AI in ERP • Preferred: retail, powersports, or high-volume distribution experience; multi-brand experience • Preferred: JDE 9.2 and OCI cloud migration experience • Preferred: PCI/SOC 2 environment and international/multicurrency operations experience • Preferred: enterprise-grade third-party JDE ecosystem tools • Preferred: Master’s Degree/MBA • Preferred: Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne certification
