📋 Description

• Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process • Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage • Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold • Work remotely and report to a Sales Team Lead • Build instant relationships with customers, offer advice, and close sales

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products • Broker or call center experience • Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products • Active P&C or Personal Lines license (resident or non-resident) in BOTH Florida and California a Plus! • Excellent phone communication • Sales experience • Customer-first approach • Technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems, relevant tools, and equipment • Regular schedule requires working one weekend day with one day off during the week to compensate • Reliable internet
