📋 Description

• Help customers take care of their car and home insurance needs • Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Answer inbound calls from policyholders needing policy changes • Learn the insurance product and match customers with suitable insurance companies • Learn the Jerry.ai app and help customers navigate it • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA • Valid P&C license is addressed in the application form; the employer pays for the license if the applicant does not have one yet • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is requested in the application form • Visa sponsorship requirement is requested in the application form
