📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn and recommend insurance products from a large panel of insurance companies • Become deeply familiar with Jerry.ai’s evolving app • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide customer feedback to improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is required • P&C license status requested; the license is not required because Jerry.ai will pay for it if needed
