📋 Description

• Proactively monitor infrastructure and application components to prevent business impact • Monitor, analyze, adjust, and resume processing flows for production routines • Check the production activity scheduling system daily and complete the strategic checklist • Resolve and document incidents occurring in the production environment • Manage, execute, and control IT service requests • Execute releases and support operational processes for implementing IT changes in production
