📋 Description

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels • Assist with fitment, application, selection, and installation questions for motorcycle parts and accessories • Advise customers on fitment and use of safety gear, including helmets, jackets, pants, riding armor, boots, and gloves • Help customers place orders and provide a complete customer experience • Continually learn about motorcycle parts, gear, riding, racing, dirt bike and off-road riding, adventure/touring riding, supercross/MX, and bike modification • Collaborate with varied teams case by case to exceed customer expectations • Provide technical support for motorcycle-related inquiries while driving sales and ensuring a great customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Years of experience working on V-twin motorcycles in mom-and-pop shops, dealerships, or own business • Passion for motorcycles and related products • Familiar knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories, particularly the V-twin segment • Working knowledge of UTVs, ATVs, scooters, and snowmobiles is a bonus • Sound problem-solving and analytical skills • Established communication, interpersonal, and listening skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment • Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work outside standard business hours, including nights and weekends • Experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree or tech school certification is a plus • Minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload internet connection • Fast, secure internet; no hotspots or public WiFi
