📋 Description

• Serve as a clinical advocate for leadership by supporting organizational priorities and translating strategic goals into effective day-to-day clinical operations • Provide overall clinical leadership for the program and compliance with applicable state, federal, and payer requirements • Lead, mentor, and support neuropsychologists, psychometrists, and doctoral fellows through supervision, performance feedback, professional development, caseload guidance, and support in maintaining clinically appropriate, high-quality care • Oversee schedules and workflows to support efficient clinical operations, appropriate staffing, and timely service delivery • Maintain a focused neuropsychological caseload to preserve clinical expertise and remain connected to patient care • Collaborate with the therapy team to develop individualized, diagnostically informed treatment recommendations and support interdisciplinary care coordination • Facilitate clinical team meetings, case consultations, and treatment coordination • Maintain documentation standards, support chart audits, and promote quality assurance • Coordinate recommendations with referring providers and the in-house therapy team • Maintain licensure and continuing-education requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Psy.D. or Ph.D. from an APA-Accredited Institution • 2-year fellowship training in neuropsychology meeting Houston Conference Guidelines • Active New York State licensure required; additional state licensure is preferred • Minimum of 5 years of clinical operations leadership over clinical teams across multiple sites/states • Demonstrated ownership of chart audits/QA, regulatory readiness, productivity metrics, and staff performance management • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and leadership abilities • Excellent skills using digital tools, electronic health records, and telehealth platforms • Ability to build rapport with clients, support clinical staff, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
