📋 Description
• Review and validate immigration case strategy to ensure alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements • Review and validate materials prepared for submission to government authorities • Lead legal consultation calls with corporate clients and their employees
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctorate degree • US bar licence - any US state - and licence to practice US law in the state or province of residence • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing US attorney • Minimum of 3 years of practice experience in US business immigration law • Advanced knowledge of one or more areas of US business immigration
