📋 Description

• Execute the Microsoft Industrial & Energy alliance strategy and objectives in alignment with Microsoft Global Alliance priorities and EY’s Industrial & Energy sector growth agenda • Facilitate senior Microsoft and EY Industrial & Energy relationships and program management • Mobilize strategic sector opportunities, accelerate field engagement and drive action • Drive governance with accountability across global service lines/practices, sectors, priority accounts/regions and Microsoft counterparts • Provide pipeline, performance, account activation and market insights to Microsoft Alliance executives and EY Industrial & Energy leadership • Identify, develop and activate Microsoft priority solutions and partner programs across Industrial & Energy • Deliver financial reporting, Microsoft impact/influence intelligence, sector pipeline visibility and account activation insights • Identify and activate priority Industrial & Energy accounts, supporting business plans, executive relationship mapping and operating cadence • Enable alliance contracts where required • Drive compliance with internal policies, independence requirements, alliance governance and commercial requirements • Define sector-specific messaging, sales collateral and campaign materials with enablement and Brand, Marketing and Communications teams • Execute alliance marketing and enablement activities with regional alliance, sector, account and BMC leaders • Contribute content, knowledge sharing, market insights and leading practices to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management and operational support • Deep Industrial & Energy industry expertise across Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Energy, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining & Metals, Aerospace & Defense, and Mobility • Understanding of market, regulatory, sustainability, supply chain, data, AI and technology trends • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications and Copilot • Ability to translate Industrial & Energy client priorities into Microsoft-enabled alliance plays, joint go-to-market activities, pipeline acceleration and priority account activation • Experience in alliance management, business development, go-to-market activation or sector-led growth in a technology or professional services company • Experience and evidence of success building and nurturing alliance relationships • Proven track record delivering alliance sales, pipeline activation and revenue outcomes • Excellent organization and project management skills • Experience working across regions in a global alliance, partner or ecosystem-led sales model preferred • Experience working in the Industrial & Energy sector preferred • Relevant Microsoft or enterprise technology certifications preferred • Ability to work independently and communicate progress and challenges • Ability to escalate complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures and working styles
