• Own end-to-end project delivery from site origination handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations • Develop and manage the overall project execution plan, including schedule, budget, milestones, resources, risks, and critical dependencies • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, energy/power, procurement, finance, legal, operations, and external consultants • Oversee contractors, consultants, and major vendors to ensure alignment with technical, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements • Drive resolution of project issues and risks, including schedule delays, cost variances, design conflicts, utility dependencies, and scope changes • Manage project financial performance and controls, including budgets, forecasts, committed costs, contingency, and cost-to-complete • Maintain the integrated project schedule, focusing on utilities, long-lead equipment, energization, construction completion, and commissioning • Lead commissioning and operational readiness, ensuring the facility is tested, documented, and ready for acceptance • Serve as the senior delivery interface with customers, contractors, utilities, and key project stakeholders • Provide executive reporting on project status, schedule, budget, risks, and ready-for-service dates • Build scalable project-delivery processes and teams as the development pipeline grows • Lead design and development through construction-ready documentation • Coordinate power, water, fiber, and site infrastructure • Oversee construction execution and long-lead procurement • Establish standardized project-management systems and reporting across the portfolio • Lead major project reviews and translate customer commitments into executable project requirements • Lead the project delivery team, establish accountability and standards, and build scalable delivery processes
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, operations, business, or a related field • 8+ years of progressive experience delivering complex capital projects, preferably within data centers, mission-critical facilities, power infrastructure, or similar environments • Demonstrated responsibility for projects from design and development through construction and commissioning • Experience managing large and complex capital projects, preferably in the $50M+ range • Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, risk management, contract administration, and change management • Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, engineers, consultants, utilities, equipment vendors, and commissioning providers • Strong working knowledge of mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction documents, schedules, contracts, budgets, and technical specifications • Strong commercial judgment and financial discipline • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across different geographic markets • Preferred: experience delivering hyperscale, colocation, AI, HPC, or other mission-critical data center infrastructure • Preferred: experience with high-density GPU deployments and liquid-cooled environments • Preferred: experience managing 25–100+ MW data center developments • Preferred: experience with utility substations and high-voltage power infrastructure • Preferred: PMP, PGMP, PE, or equivalent professional qualification • Preferred: experience with Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, and project-accounting/ERP systems • Preferred: experience building project-delivery teams and processes within a rapidly scaling organization
