📋 Description

• Develop innovative procurement solutions at a project/category/organizational level • Provide guidance to category team for sourcing event level strategies • Engage senior leadership to drive buy-in and adoption of category strategies and required organizational changes • Monitor high-value proposal evaluation and award decisions with business stakeholders • Influence category strategies and initiatives focused on transformation, internal collaboration, global third-party partnerships, sustainability, technology, and change management • Monitor category financial performance • Participate in supplier performance reviews with strategic suppliers and business stakeholders • Manage global enterprise supplier relationships and ensure supplier risk management activities are executed effectively • Promote category-specific contract templates with Sourcing teams • Improve contract visibility and risk management • Identify and manage improvements in procurement compliance, policies, processes, and standard operating procedures • Develop, manage, and lead the Category team strategically and in a goal-oriented manner

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sourcing, Procurement, or related field or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in related field • Master’s degree preferred • CPM, CPSM, CSCP preferred
