📋 Description

• Lead strategic programs within the Office of the CISO that transform and optimize the enterprise • Develop program strategy and execute enterprise-wide initiatives • Define outcomes, scope, success criteria, and alignment with business objectives • Build and maintain program execution plans and roadmaps spanning people, process, and technology • Identify workstreams and monitor scope, schedule, resources, and budget • Establish workstream team structures and direct project leads and coordinators • Create and monitor program success measures and KPIs • Partner with Change Management on business readiness, engagement, and adoption • Establish governance, handle issues, and mitigate risks • Facilitate communication and collaboration across business units and stakeholders • Serve as an escalation point for risks, issues, and decisions • Report program status, milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership • Establish communications, status reports, and stakeholder readouts • Design and deliver executive-level presentations • Ensure use of program management best practices, methodologies, and tools • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • MBA or equivalent desired • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable • 8+ years of experience in program management • Proven track record leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects at technology-based companies or within technical domains • Experience managing complex cybersecurity programs across cross-functional engineering and product organizations is strongly preferred • Knowledge of waterfall, agile, kanban, and other program and project management methodologies • Experience in strategic planning, program development, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment • Proficiency in program management software and tools • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence • Ability to develop effective partnerships and gain stakeholder buy-in • Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across all organizational levels • Ability to give executive summaries to leadership • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level processes and cross-functional interplay • Ability to think strategically and act tactically • Learning mindset and awareness of industry trends, research, and best practices
