📋 Description

• Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, and value proposition to address customer business objectives • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, solution demonstrations, and proofs of concept • Deliver presentations through in-person and virtual mediums, including whiteboards • Mentor and educate sales teams on the value of F5 solutions and alignment with business drivers • Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structures within customer accounts • Drive the sales process with the Account Manager by identifying Technical Decision Makers and securing validation, support, and sponsorship • Deliver world-class customer service throughout the customer lifecycle • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams by sharing best practices, updates, and expertise • Sell relevant F5 solutions and products to organizations across North America to achieve allocated sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant pre-sales experience required • Strong proficiency with F5 solutions, preferably hands-on experience with BIG-IP • Knowledge of securing mobility interfaces, DNS, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF) • General Layer 4 to Layer 7 awareness • Basic understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, including containers and orchestration platforms • CKA certification is a plus • AI Security knowledge focused on Guardrails and Red Team is advantageous • Experience in service provider environments is advantageous • Direct experience working on AT&T is preferred
