📋 Description

• Join an early high-growth team solving technical and customer problems • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy • Own technical customer engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive-landscape feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge-base articles, and create enablement materials

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally located on the Central Region of the US • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • Ability to work and collaborate with an international team • First class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of products • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Ability to solve technical challenges and bring creative solutions to customers • Self-motivated, initiative, and creative • Recent coding bootcamp graduation or previous post-sales or engineering experience is welcomed
