📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning, execution, and mapping of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts • Lead off-page community growth and reputation strategy across Reddit, Quora, affiliate creator networks, and external review platforms • Map and execute content strategy for visibility across AI search engines and LLMs • Write, edit, and produce discovery-first content, including search-optimized articles, outlines, and video scripts • Develop the strategic framework and execution plan for Facet’s Learn site • Co-own master content calendar planning and integrate AEO keywords and community insights into content pipelines • Serve as head of counsel for expert-led CFP content and collaborate with financial planning experts • Monitor generative-search algorithm shifts and identify opportunities for user-intent optimization and off-site citations • Build, nurture, and scale Facet’s organic community footprint on Reddit and other discussion-based platforms • Conduct daily social listening, monitor brand sentiment, and bring discussions to marketing and PR teams • Manage Reddit posts and discussions as an authentic participant in personal-finance conversations • Own day-to-day management and growth of the external review ecosystem • Collaborate with Growth to develop and scale an Affiliate Creator / Brand Advocate program • Liaise with PR, Content, TOF, and Marketing teams to identify external publication gaps • Analyze community sentiment and discovery metrics to measure ROI of off-page growth efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in modern SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, or Community Management • Ideally experience within Fintech, Finance, or another highly regulated YMYL industry • Proven copywriting and editing portfolio across editorial articles, social copy, video/multimedia scripts, and forum-style discussions • Deep literacy in AI-driven search and experience integrating AI tools into writing and research workflows • Understanding of how LLMs crawl and cite information • Proven expertise managing and growing organic brand authority on Reddit or similar forum-based communities • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal CFP subject matter experts and external affiliate creators • Experience analyzing multi-platform data using social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Sprout Social • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, project management, and content calendar management skills • Customer Obsessed mindset focused on financial anxieties, questions, and motivations • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into community-friendly language • Financial literacy, CFP® certification, or progress toward financial planning credentials is a plus • Existing network of personal finance creators, bloggers, or affiliates is a plus • Experience with Sprout Social, Notion, Asana, Ahrefs, or Semrush is a plus
