📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and analyze power markets datasets guiding FactSet clients’ decisions • Analyze how energy transitions and political changes impact existing power plants and new plant development • Build and maintain databases of global wind, solar, and thermal plants • Develop and maintain other essential energy datasets and analyses • Gain expertise in the regulatory and market environments affecting plant operations and profitability • Perform rigorous, timely analysis independently and collaboratively • Share insights proactively and communicate effectively • Understand how FactSet data and analysis are used by clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Power Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, Economics, or related field of study • 1-3 years of Power Market or Energy Industry experience • Experience or knowledge of SQL, Python, and other programming languages • Experience working with large datasets • Proficient writing skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future • Modeling experience is a plus • Financial or economic knowledge/experience is a plus • Attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively • Collaborative and proactive approach with commitment to learning and accountability
