• Collaborating across teams and leadership to drive growth and profitability • Gathering and analyzing voice-of-the-customer (VOC) • Developing a compelling product roadmap • Launching new offerings into the market • Leading cross-functional teams • Ensuring connectivity, sensors, and data architecture are designed into products at conception • Conducting focused market research to identify needs in the market • Creating and managing Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for each product in development • Developing monetization strategies for digital offerings • Monitoring product performance, VOC feedback, and sales data • Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, Business, Computer Science or Marketing • 8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in software, digital, or connected-product management, preferably for products tied to physical hardware (IoT, industrial, energy, building systems, automotive) • Experience with IoT/connected product architectures, telemetry pipelines, customer-facing software (web/mobile/dashboards), and SaaS business models (ARR, attach rate, churn) is highly desirable
