📋 Description

• Optimize complex manufacturing and operational systems through advanced analysis, design-for-manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies • Drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional projects • Deploy advanced tools to improve productivity, quality, cost, safety, and scalability • Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes • Lead time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and simulation-based flow analysis • Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions • Identify and eliminate operational waste • Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications • Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies • Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership • Champion safety and ergonomic compliance in process and layout designs • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • 3-5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience • Ability to travel to Excellerate facilities up to 25% of the time • Ability to work between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints • Knowledge of OSHA and applicable ISO standards • Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
