📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical departments and technology vendors • Lead vendor coordination, including contract management, product updates, issue escalation, and enhancement requests • Facilitate and lead the Solutions Council for assigned clinical applications • Establish and maintain the Solutions Council Charter, RACI documentation, and support structure • Evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests, system changes, and technology initiatives • Evaluate and escalate vendor-supported activities, support issues, and enhancement opportunities • Provide technical and clinical compliance expertise for governance decisions, application configuration, role design, and operational alignment • Provide advanced support and subject matter expertise for assigned clinical applications • Troubleshoot complex system issues and evaluate configuration or system concerns affecting clinical workflows • Support application optimization and coordinate training, workflow adoption, and end-user education needs • Maintain knowledge of clinical application configuration, integrations, role-based access models, and supported care delivery workflows • Serve as technical steward for RBAC, IAM, user provisioning, and security role governance • Lead planning, testing, and implementation of clinical system changes, upgrades, integrations, and new functionality • Coordinate with the RN Clinical Trainer regarding changes affecting clinical workflows • Evaluate vendor and system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, usability, integration, support effectiveness, and user experience • Serve as primary Enterprise Service Administrator for OCHIN Epic and assigned clinical applications • Act as technical owner and technical lead for application-related projects, initiatives, and enterprise workstreams • Coordinate and perform access reviews, permission audits, security assessments, and compliance activities • Collaborate with Compliance, Privacy, Security, Human Resources, and operational leadership on access models, access concerns, HIPAA, organizational, and regulatory requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified candidates must reside within one-hour of a Family Health Center location • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field required • Current clinical licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing practice required • Minimum of three years of Information Services (to include EMR) experience supporting clinical solutions delivery, clinical application support, or related healthcare technology functions • Epic or OCHIN Epic certification, training, or hands-on experience supporting ambulatory, behavioral health, clinical application administration, security, access management, or related clinical systems required • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License required with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR), per FHC guidelines • Must maintain regular and reliable attendance and adhere to scheduled work hours
