📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert for product use in key market segments to support company revenue growth goals • Collaborate with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education, including curriculum, processes/tools, and programs • Develop a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulate the clinical and economic value proposition • Participate in product evaluations and installations • Assess needs and provide comprehensive education and hands-on training on products, including maintenance and troubleshooting, for all members of the clinical team • Provide education and training to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts • Provide training and education to new and existing Sentec users • Support new-hire and ongoing sales training and development with field sales and marketing • Deliver onsite and virtual education, training, and CE and non-CE presentations • Present at in-person state and potential national society events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience • Current RRT license is required • Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred • Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred • Existing in-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred • Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 • Must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing • Home-based in the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Greater Cleveland, Ohio area • Ability to travel overnight 60% • Ability to work flexible hours
