• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio • Partner with physicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes across peripheral arterial, venous, embolization, carotid, and fistula therapies • Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, case support, and conference participation • Support sales representatives with coverage for critical cases and technical guidance on safe and effective product use • Collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional partners to execute district business plans and achieve strategic objectives • Deliver responsive technical and procedural support for urgent customer needs and complex cases • Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, administrators, clinicians, and key decision-makers • Identify customer needs, address objections, and communicate market feedback and product insights • Manage inventory performance through audits, discrepancy resolution, consignment support, and product availability optimization • Coordinate product launches, inventory transitions, and field initiatives • Support inventory management, purchase order collection, training initiatives, and other operational processes • Perform other duties as assigned
• Candidates must reside within the assigned territory: Northern Indiana / South Metro Chicago • Ability to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 50% of the time • Ability to work and/or travel outside standard business hours, including limited evening and weekend coverage • Valid driver's license, active insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards • High School Diploma plus a minimum 11 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing OR associate's degree plus a minimum 9 years of such work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 7 years of such work experience • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures and the medical device industry • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating programs • Ability to coordinate and participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Ability to perform frequent two-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs. • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 8+ hours per day; regularly bend, stoop, squat, and maintain balance • Ability to work in clinical environments with eye protection, infectious disease, and radiation exposure • Ability to wear 7–9 lbs. of lead for extended periods • Ability to utilize computers and mobile devices and maintain the vision capabilities necessary to support patient care • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment is required for roles below the Principal level
