📋 Description

• Design key features for Fanatics ONE, FanCash, and Rewards end to end, from early concepts through launch and iteration • Drive well-scoped projects and features to outcomes with guidance from design leadership • Partner with Product Management and Engineering on scope and tradeoffs • Contribute to the FanApp design system by using existing patterns and proposing reusable components • Prototype to support decisions, including in code or the app where useful • Use AI tools to explore and validate real behavior against real data and backend constraints • Bring work to critique and deliver clear, well-redlined handoffs to Engineering • Provide peer feedback and support for designers on and around the pod • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers across multiple Fanatics apps and business lines • Improve Loyalty infrastructure and advance rewards, Fanatics ONE, and FanCash experiences • Own design for key pod features and ship the work directly • Help raise the design bar for the surrounding team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Design, with experience owning features or a product area end to end • Experience in relevant domains: loyalty, rewarding, membership, or account for consumer-facing companies • Systems thinking and experience designing with and contributing to design systems • Prototyping fluency and comfort using AI tools • Experience giving thoughtful feedback to peers and participating in design critique • Comfort in a mobile-first, fast-moving consumer environment with ambiguous roadmaps and shifting priorities • Ability to design complete flows rather than only screens • Strong visual and interaction quality judgment • Understanding of data and backend realities to design feasible, resilient, and predictable interactions
