📋 Description

• Provide training and professional development to new franchisees, managers, and existing restaurant personnel • Support New Store Openings throughout the year • Work closely with the RTP Senior Field Training Manager • Collaborate with Field team members, Field Training Support Specialist, Franchise Business Consultants, and others • Coordinate and implement training and education programs on company standards, processes, and policies for all Round Table Pizza restaurants • Maintain current knowledge of training methods and techniques and incorporate them into the Round Table Pizza training program • Review field information and remain current on company programs and products to support franchisees • Complete training records for each training session and submit them to the Director of Training & Operations Services • Coach trainees in all areas of Round Table Pizza operations • Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions as needed • Act as the corporate training liaison in the field and report training needs and issues to the corporate team • Certify franchisees, franchisee training managers, and corporate trainers • Revitalize and support existing franchise locations by training and strengthening brand standards • Help build programs and schedule training classes • Ensure training materials, job aids, training programs, and e-learning are current, accurate, and effective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 1+ years of experience in a lead training position • Resides in Southern California; may reside anywhere in California • Commitment to excellence and high standards • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to work cross-functionally on projects within all levels of the organization • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Flexible and able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events • Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Ability to speak effectively before franchise owners, upper-level management, or restaurant employees • Ability to apply concepts of basic math and algebra • Ability to solve practical problems and provide feedback to trainees • Knowledge of database software, Internet software, inventory software, order processing systems, and spreadsheet software • ServSafe Certified • Must be able to travel weekly (over 90%) • Able to travel frequently both domestically and internationally • Flexible schedule for training sessions
