📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate RFQs, RFPs, and pricing requests for National Accounts • Develop accurate, timely quotes across multiple product categories and vendor partners • Partner with National Account Managers, Outside Sales Representatives, and estimating teams to align pricing • Present quotes and revisions in a clear, customer-ready format • Coordinate assigned National Account projects as the primary internal coordinator • Facilitate communication among customers, sales, branches, vendors, freight providers, and operations • Provide proactive updates on quote status, order progress, delivery schedules, and changes • Ensure smooth handoffs from quote to order to delivery and resolve issues • Enter and maintain project data in internal ERP/CRM systems • Build and manage project Order Reports covering order status, shipment and delivery timelines, change requests, delays, and issues • Ensure order accuracy, confirm fulfillment, and support project close-out documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, estimating, or project coordination, preferably within fencing, construction, distribution, or building materials • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial fence products, or ability to learn quickly • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities under tight timelines • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/CRM platforms (INFOR preferred), and reporting tools • Calm, professional, and composed in fast-paced, high-volume environments
