📋 Description

• Investigate, research, and resolve internal and external issues related to threats against workplace personnel and assets • Monitor persons of interest who may pose a threat of violence to people or assets • Monitor all-source information to identify and assess threats • Produce timely, tailored threat assessments for internal stakeholders while managing sensitive or confidential data • Serve as an enterprise subject matter expert on targeted violence threats and prevention and response • Support the assessment, planning, development, and implementation of workplace-violence learning and development programs • Assess and support individuals in crisis and de-escalate persons of concern • Develop and implement tailored crisis intervention plans, including referrals and safety planning • Deliver clear, succinct analytical assessments with recommendations • Partner with HR, Legal, Safety, and other business groups to implement preventative measures • Collaborate with business leaders and HQ partners on sustainable workplace-violence mitigation solutions • Support other investigation types as needed • Support business continuity, including issuing critical mass notification alerts regarding risk or threat events • Prepare detailed investigation summaries and reports for executive leadership review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent government, private, military, or law enforcement experience) • 3+ years prior experience in a large corporation or law enforcement agency where work duties were primarily investigative in nature • Relevant industry certifications strongly preferred, such as Certified Threat Manager or Professional Certified Investigator • Interviewing and Interrogation training • Ability to assess complex issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize an increasing case load • Good organizational and computer skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills • Ability to facilitate large and small groups for training, education, and meetings • Ability to work 8–5 pm local time, Monday through Friday, with occasional schedule variation • Ability to work remotely in the United States
