📋 Description

• Support coordination of projects across Fervo's development pipeline, including partnership-driven developments • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones across internal teams and external partners • Maintain project trackers and organize cross-party and cross-functional workstreams • Prepare status updates and materials for partner meetings and internal leadership reviews • Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and help drive items to resolution • Support structuring, evaluation, and negotiation of development transactions and multi-party agreements • Prepare term sheet comparisons, deal summaries, and decision-support materials • Build and maintain models quantifying commercial, financial, and risk implications of alternative deal structures • Track open commercial issues and coordinate across legal, finance, and development teams • Conduct research on markets, counterparties, regulatory and transmission processes, and integrated resource planning processes • Support diligence efforts on new opportunities and partnerships • Synthesize complex information into decision-ready findings and recommendations • Help design, build, and improve internal tools, trackers, and dashboards for managing Fervo's development pipeline • Standardize pipeline data, deliverables, and milestone capture and reporting • Translate team workflows into repeatable, structured processes and supporting tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, public policy, environmental studies, or a related field • Relevant professional or internship experience, with up to three years of experience preferred • Experience with quantitative analysis and financial or data modeling through coursework, internships, or projects • Interest in the electricity sector and power markets; prior coursework or internship exposure is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex information for varied audiences • Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
