📋 Description

• Serve as a primary administrator and support resource for Workday HCM and related modules • Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical HR system issues • Manage tickets, service requests, and inquiries within established service levels • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements • Stay current with Workday functionality, industry trends, and HR technology best practices • Contribute to long-term HRIS strategy and roadmap initiatives • Support Workday Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Scheduling, and additional modules as implemented • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across a global workforce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Systems experience • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting Core HCM and related modules • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages • Experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, security, and reporting • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours • Experience supporting a global workforce across multiple countries and time zones • Experience with Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Scheduling • Experience supporting Workday implementations, deployments, or major enhancement projects • Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and workforce management processes • Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads • Workday certifications or advanced Workday training • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational organization
