📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between the National FFA Organization and state FFA associations • Initiate, build, and maintain relationships within the organization • Establish and maintain relationships with state leadership and local teachers, focusing on educational services and support for FFA staff • Understand state initiatives and needs • Develop and manage projects from start to finish using needs assessments, content, collaboration, and distribution • Facilitate relationships among state leadership, teachers, and FFA colleagues • Complete reports summarizing travel, communication, and information between states and the organization • Manage the budget and financial responsibilities • Provide stakeholder trainings using approved National FFA materials and methods • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural education required • 5-7 years of related educational experience or extensive state or national staff experience • Understanding of trends within agriculture education and/or FFA program areas • Team player able to work independently in a frequently changing environment • Outstanding interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication, and project management skills • Ability to interact, influence, and work with diverse internal and external stakeholders • Excellent customer service skills • Effective prioritization, organization, time management, and multitasking skills • Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to problem solve and analyze • Computer proficiency and ability to make and receive phone calls • Confidence speaking in front of small and large groups
