📋 Description

• Act as a proactive liaison between producers, their uplines, and third-party administrators • Resolve annuity new business service issues and obtain outstanding requirements for applications not in good order • Handle customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Work across multiple queues as needed • Liaise with Commissions Contracting & Licensing, Legal, and other departments • Achieve required transaction quality performance • Research and track documents and resolve service issues • Keep producers and uplines informed about product and processing guidelines • Guide producers in software usage and web initiatives • Resolve moderate to complex sales and operational inquiries related to product clarification and pending new business • Adhere to sales and product compliance policies and legal requirements • Monitor and assess processes, identify improvement areas, and eliminate operational waste • Perform other assigned functions, duties, and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree • Minimum of 1 year experience working in the insurance or financial services industry • Experience working in a service center, sales support team and/or other previous industry experience preferred • Successful completion of Life insurance related education such as LOMA or CLU coursework preferred • Basic understanding of F&G's structure and products/service offerings • Basic awareness and understanding of digital techniques, methods and tools • Ability to self-organize, set priorities, and manage workload • Understanding of basic data concepts • Risk awareness and understanding of risk mitigation strategies • Regular and punctual attendance • Minimal travel required (less than 10%)
