📋 Description

• Support communications strategies across FICO Scores business priorities • Support proactive and responsive media relations • Build reporter relationships, develop pitches, coordinate inbound responses, and identify media opportunities • Create press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, blog posts, Q&As, talking points, presentations, briefing documents, social content, and internal communications • Develop executive visibility opportunities and content • Prepare executives and subject matter experts for interviews, speeches, panels, podcasts, briefings, and other external engagements • Collaborate with product, analytics, legal, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional partners • Monitor media coverage, policy conversations, competitor activity, and industry trends • Identify storytelling opportunities and flag emerging issues or reputational risks • Support communications for launches, research reports, partnerships, events, and business milestones • Manage assigned projects from planning through execution • Track and evaluate communications results to strengthen future efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field • 4–7+ years of experience in communications, media relations, public affairs, public relations, or a related field • Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Experience supporting media relations and developing reporter relationships • Experience developing executive communications and visibility programs • Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, accurate communications • Ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and message consistency • Strong project-management skills • Sound judgment regarding sensitive, legal, regulatory, or reputational considerations • Experience using PR tools such as Muck Rack • Proactive, curious, highly collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership • Ability to work in the United States
