📋 Description

• Support Internal Investigations and other business partners on complex cases • Collaborate with team members on eComm review requests, balancing technical feasibility, team resources, case requirements, and deadlines • Perform interviews and stakeholder briefings as needed • Assess, analyze, and manipulate electronically stored information (ESI) • Filter ESI using complex criteria and organize logical review workflows • Provide technical and project support • Assist with complex review workflow implementation, detailed data analysis, and early case assessment • Maintain the review tool userbase, including platform training and permissions • Facilitate new user training as needed • Monitor matter and project status, ensuring milestones are met and work is completed timely and accurately • Provide regular status updates to team leadership • Drive improvements across the eComm Review Team function • Stay current with eDiscovery techniques, technology, expectations, and evolving industry and team best practices • Support Internal Investigations with critical project work as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, Litigation Support, Investigations, or related work • Intermediate knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery functions and processes • Experience with Everlaw REQUIRED • Intermediate proficiency in electronic data collection and review best practices, including advanced analytics and machine learning • General proficiency with electronic communication and document formats, data types, database management, workflow software, and complex discovery tools • Ability to learn independently in a technically and logically demanding environment • Experience learning new and complex applications and technologies, with a desire to experiment and explore their potential • Problem-solving aptitude • Independence, accountability, and sound judgment • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail • Strong recordkeeping abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure • Solid understanding of technical concepts relating to corporate computing environments • Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position • Candidates may be subject to restrictions related to certain Criminal Histories under applicable laws and regulations
