📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including billing, revenue recognition, credit extension, collections, and cash application. • Directly manage the offshore accounts receivable team in Bangladesh, including hiring, training, performance management, and day-to-day oversight. • Develop and drive data-driven collections strategies, leveraging AI tools where appropriate. • Build and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality. • Drive accountability for offshore team output, development, and engagement. • Build relationships with internal and external customers. • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. • Assist with NetSuite automation and HighRadius implementation for collections and cash application. • Lead Accounts Receivable year-end audit activities. • Report to the Controller.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections, including 3+ years in a management role. • Knowledge of ASC 606. • Experience managing offshore teams. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience in a rapidly growing company with annual gross receipts of $500M–$1B. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and at multiple organizational levels. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. • Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a broad view. • Experience with ERP and financial systems; NetSuite strongly preferred. • HighRadius experience is a plus but not required. • Employment contingent on passing a pre-employment background check with written consent.
