📋 Description

• Engage with customers on behalf of Filterbuy • Answer customer phone calls and emails • Address customer inquiries • Participate in team meetings • Discover new communication tactics • Maintain expert knowledge of company products and services • Provide introductory information to new customers • Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services • Follow up with customers regarding purchases • Inform customers about additional products or services • Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer questions • Escalate queries and concerns • Troubleshoot common product or service issues • Collaborate with CSR and other departments to find appropriate solutions • Process new sales and returns

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years high volume call center experience • Interpersonal and customer service skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Multitasking and organizational skills • Ability to answer high volume calls and emails daily • Ability to share work among a customer service team • Attentiveness and patience • Time management skills • Ability to find a positive in any situation • Availability Monday–Friday, 8–5 CST, with rotating weekends as needed • Ability to work 40 hours per week • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Friendly and professional demeanor • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
