📋 Description

• Be the primary stakeholder for the health, performance, and integrity of products' data environments. • Deploy, configure, and maintain CloudSQL/PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. • Take ownership of data pipelines and processing layers for performance and reliability. • Implement encryption and security measures exceeding compliance standards. • Design and implement High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies. • Monitor database performance and proactively identify bottlenecks. • Lead complex data migrations and schema changes. • Collaborate with Application Architects to ensure scalable data models. • Operate and manage workflow through Jira. • Drive and measure results using key performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Database Administrator in high-performance production environments. • Deep technical expertise in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, including experience managing databases in GCP and AWS. • Proven Tuning Track Record. • Extensive experience implementing and testing failover clusters, replication, and backup/recovery strategies. • Expert ability to bridge the gap between OS-level orchestration and engine-level logic. • Willingness to participate in on-call response with a passion for automating yourself out of a call.
