📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes • Analyze revenue, bookings, ARR, churn, retention, margin, and other SaaS KPIs • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial modeling and scenario planning • Own the annual operating plan process and prepare board-level financial presentations • Leverage AI-enabled forecasting and planning tools • Prepare and maintain budget-versus-actuals reporting with variance analysis • Build, audit, and maintain transparent financial models • Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the payments business • Analyze payments KPIs and model payments economics • Partner with Accounting and Operations to validate payments revenue and processor cost data • Provide an integrated view of SaaS and payments performance • Deliver recurring reporting packages for executive leadership, board meetings, and private equity partners • Build dashboards translating complex data into actionable insights • Respond to investor requests related to growth metrics, profitability, headcount, and operational performance • Design and maintain dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Utilize AI tools to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities • Partner with data and systems teams to improve reporting automation and data integrity • Build scalable reporting for SaaS and payments metrics, sales performance, customer health, and operational KPIs • Partner with cross-functional leaders on performance reporting and decision support • Evaluate ROI of strategic investments, hiring plans, go-to-market programs, and operational initiatives • Lead pricing analysis, compensation modeling, and business case development • Drive ad hoc analysis for strategic projects and executive priorities • Recommend process improvements through automation, AI, and smarter workflows • Serve as a long-term finance business partner, building durable processes and institutional knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical role • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills • Experience building dashboards and reporting in BI tools • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics • Working knowledge of payments economics, including volume, net take rate, interchange and assessments, and processor costs • Experience leveraging AI tools in a business environment • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leaders • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Demonstrated experience building and working with full three-statement financial models, including cash forecasting and liquidity analysis • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to independently pull and validate data from business systems • Permanent resident of the United States; current and continued U.S. residency required • Preferred: experience working in a private equity-backed company • Preferred: experience supporting board reporting or investor requests • Preferred: familiarity with ERP, CRM, and planning systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce • Preferred: experience in a high-growth software, payments, or technology company • Preferred: exposure to SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools • Preferred: deep familiarity with payments KPIs
