📋 Description

• Manage the month-end close process for FinanceWithin clients • Work as a consultant with clients and support client success • Assemble monthly financial packets and present financial statements to clients • Oversee month-end closing and accounting activities • Circulate financial management reports, monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets • Project and update cash flow and communicate cash position to clients • Create financial packages, including margin recognition and transaction reconciliation/recording • Manage inventory, reconciliations, accruals, samples, adjustments, obsolescence, and purchase orders • Reconcile bank, credit card, PayPal, Stripe, and other payment accounts • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain amortization schedules • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, AR aging reports, and AP in Bill.com or related software • Manage client payroll • Support FinanceWithin management and provide accounting consulting • Perform general ledger accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting, profitability analysis, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full cycle accounting • 2+ years of experience in a multi-client or consulting role • Advanced in QBO and Xero • Experience with e-commerce is a big plus (Shopify, PayPal, Bill.com, etc.) • Firm grasp of accounting principles • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Proactive and team-centric attitude • Located in the United States • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
