• Administer qualified retirement plans in accordance with plan documents, ERISA regulations, and IRS/DOL requirements • Perform eligibility tracking, contribution calculations, payroll reconciliation, mandatory distributions and trust asset balancing • Conduct and interpret compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), 401(a)(4), top-heavy, etc.) • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to plan sponsors and advisors, providing guidance on plan operations and regulatory requirements • Ensure accurate plan data and actively manage workflow progression
• College degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office • Experience with retirement plan administration systems and workflow • Minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and Qualified 401(k) Administrator Designation (QKA)
