📋 Description

• Drive sales, identify, and generate opportunities for various types of customers • Partner with Account Representatives within an assigned territory to provide deep product-group knowledge • Deliver education on Motion Industries products through technical presentations • Increase revenue and profitability through new business generation and development of existing accounts • Interact face-to-face with customers to foster relationships and maintain satisfaction • Understand complex customer requirements for customized quoting • Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met • Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customer concerns • Identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales with local customers • Provide technical support • Coordinate vendor resources to build relationships and support sales • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination • Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices • Ability to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction • Ability to multitask and manage time well • Ability to use Microsoft Office • Travel required • May be required to be on-call nights or weekends, depending on need • Valid driver's license required • All company vehicles are subject to continuous video monitoring
