📋 Description

• Perform geotechnical engineering design • Prepare project proposals • Manage projects • Process design calculations • Develop project scopes and schedules • Travel to job sites for observation • Provide constructible designs and meet deadlines • Create clear communications with clients • Support Rail Construction and Administration Management projects by ensuring soil and structure stability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills • Ability to contribute and work well on a team • Bachelor’s degree in civil or geotechnical engineering required • Must be a registered professional engineer (PE) • 4+ years of related geotechnical analysis and design experience • Proficiency in MS Office Suite products • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel required • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 30 pounds or more • Valid driver's license required • Candidates interested in being located out of or near any Olsson office locations; close proximity to an airport is acceptable • Ability to work in diverse terrains and weather conditions
