📋 Description

• Provide first class customer service to the local market • Assist customers face-to-face through familiarity and knowledge of products • Troubleshoot customer problems and provide creative solutions • Identify and build customer assemblies • Ensure knowledge of use of all equipment • Work closely with the Solutions Center Manager and outside sales group to develop and grow the business • Assist the team in overall maintenance of the location • Participate in ensuring all safety guidelines are followed • Maintain key customer relationships • Ensure customer service and value-add are the focus of every interaction • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination • Positive attitude • Willingness to learn and be hands on • Capable of using hand tools and shop equipment • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively • Experience with Microsoft Office • Comfortable in a consultative transaction atmosphere • Mechanical/technical inclination • Knowledge of different hoses and thread configurations a plus • Industrial sales experience • Hydraulic knowledge • No licenses or certifications required
