📋 Description

• Manage every aspect of site assessments, including pre-assessment preparations, the assessment itself, and post-assessment assignments • Travel to customer locations, typically with a team as a lead, to assess customer systems and identify products and services Motion can sell • Assess customer needs and develop reports based on customer-site data, including quotes, technical specifications, and pricing considerations • Research customer technical specifications and requirements against product specifications • Analyze customer data and make technical recommendations • Design custom solutions according to customer specifications • Finalize technical reports for customers and account representatives, including proposals, technical specifications, quotes, and pricing considerations • Present technical sales briefings to customers • Lead post-sale product configuration • Liaise with customers, vendor partners, local branches, utility companies, and contractors to ensure solutions are implemented appropriately • Conduct technical user training and product briefings as needed • Cross-reference customer data with the market basket tool to retrieve historical product cost data as needed • Guide and coach lower-level Services Advisors as needed • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or GED and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively verbally and in writing • Strong organization and project management skills • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal employees, vendor partners, and external customers • Ability to develop original reports and proposals for customers • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to collaborate with a highly diverse set of internal and external partners • High-level math skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to travel to customer locations and various sites and plants • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time • Ability to walk up to eight hours a day for 40 hours a week in varying manufacturing environments in all seasons • No licenses or certifications required
