📋 Description

• Collaborate with business services groups to understand needs and identify technology solutions • Evaluate, implement, adopt, monitor, and adjust operational and cross-functional technology solutions • Build Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, Dataverse-backed applications, and M365 Copilot or Claude prompts and agents • Maintain awareness of emerging tools and technologies • Provide training and coaching on new technologies and processes • Identify AI and automation use cases to improve work quality and speed • Design and document experiments involving prompts, workflows, flows, and agents • Map workflows and remove manual effort, duplication, and delay • Maintain a reusable library of proven flows, agents, and templates • Design and support adoption programs, onboarding plans, training exercises, communications, and post-implementation support • Monitor usage analytics and determine awareness and training needs • Contribute to the featured technology program and Innovation working group sessions • Collaborate with stakeholders on technology-assisted workflows and role redesign • Foster continuous improvement and innovation across business services • Ensure solutions comply with data security, retention, and AI governance standards • Collaborate with Information Technology, Information Security, Risk, Training, and Legal Technology Advisor teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant work experience • Project or product management experience • Strong understanding of back-office and operational workflows across Accounting/Finance, HR, Marketing/BD, Practice Management, and IT • Working fluency with Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint • Working fluency with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Copilot Studio • Working knowledge of data concepts and integration • Strong understanding and experience with Claude for individual and departmental use • General automation literacy, including APIs, integrations, and basic scripting • Ability to distinguish when a problem requires a developer versus a citizen-development solution • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong intellectual curiosity and lifelong learner mindset • Ability to work effectively in a virtual/hybrid team environment • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language • Discretion when working with confidential data • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required • Experience in professional services, a law firm business services function, or similar operational environment preferred • Certification or coursework in AI, process improvement, Change Management, or related technologies preferred • Familiarity with emerging AI infrastructure, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), is a plus
