📋 Description

• Collaborate with business services groups to understand needs and identify technology solutions • Evaluate, implement, and adopt operational and cross-functional solutions, including Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, and Dataverse-backed applications • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented technology solutions and make adjustments • Provide training and coaching on new technologies and processes • Identify AI and automation use cases to improve work quality and speed • Experiment with and document prompts, workflows, flows, and agents • Map current workflows and identify opportunities to remove manual effort, duplication, and delay • Design and build Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, Dataverse-backed apps, and M365 Copilot or Claude prompts and agents • Maintain a reusable library of flows, agents, and templates • Design and support adoption programs, onboarding plans, training exercises, communications, and post-implementation support • Monitor usage analytics and determine awareness campaigns and training • Contribute to the featured technology program and Innovation working group sessions • Identify opportunities to operationalize technology-assisted workflows and collaborate on role redesign • Foster continuous improvement and innovation within business services functions • Ensure solutions follow data security, retention, and AI governance standards • Collaborate with Information Technology, Information Security, Risk, Training, and Legal Technology Advisor teams

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience • Project or product management experience • Strong understanding of back-office and operational workflows across Accounting/Finance, HR, Marketing/BD, Practice Management, and IT • Working fluency with Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint) • Working fluency with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio) • Working knowledge of data concepts and integration • Strong understanding of, and work with Claude for individual and departmental use • General automation literacy, including APIs, integrations, and basic scripting • Familiarity with emerging AI infrastructure, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), is a plus • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong intellectual curiosity and lifelong learner mindset • Ability to work effectively in a virtual/hybrid team environment • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language • Discretion in working with confidential data • Experience in professional services, a law firm business services function, or a similar operational environment preferred • Certification or coursework in AI, process improvement, Change Management, or related technologies preferred • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
