📋 Description

• Process client invoices and post customer payments • Administer sales tax exemption certificates and prepare sales tax returns • Process vendor bills and download and code credit card transactions • Set up new vendors, administer W9s, and prepare 1099s • Process in-house payroll and payroll taxes • Set up new hires and coordinate with client payroll providers • Record payroll-related transactions • Prepare account reconciliations • Produce financial statements • Interact positively with clients, client customers, and client vendors • Report to the Controller/Team Leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience • Strong technology skills using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision • Experience working in a paperless environment • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills • Team player with a positive, "can do" approach • Prior experience with QuickBooks Online • Excited to learn about and utilize new technology • Salary requirements required for consideration • Must live/work in the United States, as Fine Point Consulting only hires within the United States
