📋 Description

• Own operational assignments from rough definition through optimization, adoption, measurement, and handoff • Develop end-to-end operating procedures with owners, timings, and escalation paths • Define operational metrics and ensure reporting data is trustworthy • Design and run quality checks confirming accurate and timely work with documented evidence • Partner with Product by translating operational needs into engineering specifications and verifying implementations • Roll out processes through training and adoption across teams and time zones • Hand off completed assignments to named owners, with published metrics, usable documentation, and 60-day sustainment checks • Collaborate with credentialing, revenue cycle, Product, practice success, HR, and compliance • Lead the initial six-month credentialing and payer enrollment assignment • Build weekly Time to Enrolled reporting, a per-payer requirements library, evidence processes, state- and payer-specific submission procedures, and backlog programs • Improve prior authorizations, new Practice Owner and staff onboarding, or other evolving operational functions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years running operations in a complex, regulated environment • Healthcare experience strongly preferred; multi-state experience ideally • Early-stage startup, behavioral or mental health, or healthcare tech experience is a plus • Demonstrated expertise identifying inefficiencies and building operational fixes • Experience developing SOPs, workflows, and SLAs • Track record of completing operational initiatives and handing them off successfully • Strong ability to work with operational data, identify trends and root causes, and implement data-driven solutions • Proven ability to influence people who do not report to you • Familiarity with provider credentialing or payer enrollment strongly preferred • Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, state Medicaid portals, and commercial payer portals • Prior authorization or utilization management experience is valuable • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work across internal teams and with external stakeholders • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and EHR or operational management tools • Experience writing requirements for product or engineering teams is a plus • Experience working with offshore teams is a plus • Passion for democratizing autism care and empowering providers to run compliant practices • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and navigating ambiguity • Must be authorized to work in the United States
