📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day social media activities and deliverables, including content calendars, paid campaigns, and metrics reports • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients and external agency partners • Build engagements and relationships with influential voices • Analyze content performance and distill data into actionable insights for future strategies • Maintain quality control across evolving social media deliverables • Track and implement client requests across projects • Assist with paid campaign billing and financial reporting • Mentor junior employees interested in social media and digital specialties • Manage social and digital activity across a portfolio of clients • Support ongoing client communications • Contribute to campaign reporting, performance tracking, and project management • Stay informed on digital, social media, and travel industry trends • Use digital tools and adapt to new platforms • Support and attend client meetings, events, and influencer trips as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating social media content across platforms • Prior agency experience • Significant knowledge of the social media landscape • Experience with paid campaign management tools • Strong writing and storytelling skills • Experience in an agency, PR, digital, social media, or marketing environment • Experience in healthcare digital marketing is preferred • Familiarity with social media and digital tools • Willingness to learn new systems • Commercial awareness to connect creative ideas with business outcomes • Ability to support and attend client meetings, events, and influencer trips as needed
