📋 Description

• Support the lead on SEO and GEO strategy for a portfolio of agency clients, from first audit through reporting • Perform keyword research, technical fixes, AI search visibility work and content strategy • Build content strategies aligned to qualified organic traffic, leads, sales or bookings • Map keywords to content types and search intent across the buyer journey • Recommend on-page changes and page-template updates • Use internal linking, topical depth and site context to strengthen important pages • Plan national, regional and local content, including location pages and Google Business Profile optimization • Identify content decay and cannibalization; recommend refreshing, consolidating or retiring pages • Support technical SEO audits and turn findings into prioritized roadmaps • Address Core Web Vitals, structured data, URL and folder architecture, title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, canonicals, redirects, XML sitemaps and robots.txt • Improve GEO and AI search visibility through crawlability, structured data and extractable, citable content • Analyze sources cited by AI platforms and research buyer prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Claude • Report organic and AI search results in terms of pipeline, revenue, leads, bookings or enrollments • Present reporting outcomes to internal teams and attend client reporting sessions • Manage workload, hours and timelines across several accounts to keep work on budget and schedule • Partner with supporting strategists and cross-functional PR, paid, social and creative teams • Identify account growth opportunities and support new-business audits

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1 year in an agency or multi-client environment • Track record of organic growth explained with real numbers and business impact • Working fluency in Semrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4 • Clear, curious point of view on how AI is changing search • Experience with Profound or another GEO/AI visibility platform is nice-to-have • Experience with local SEO and listing management tools such as Yext, BrightLocal or Uberall is nice-to-have • Familiarity with digital PR or link earning is nice-to-have • Resume and cover letter required • Must indicate desired salary in U.S. dollars
