• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Computer Science, Manufacturing Processes, or Business from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 4-6 years work experience in software testing and business process analysis • Familiarity with internal testing techniques and quality metrics • Minimum guidance Milestone reviews, exception reporting, and management reporting • Responsible for full-cycle control testing aspect on significant projects • In depth knowledge of functional product areas • Working knowledge of related technologies and project management tools and deliverables used in the Technology Division processes • Proficiency in the use of desktop support tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio • Working knowledge of scripting and test automation tools • Ability to generate test metrics for project(s) • Demonstrated mastery of testing process including test plan design and Ontario Systems’ ODF • Demonstrated capability in test plan implementations • Advanced understanding of the processes used in Technology • Advanced knowledge of finance and credit industry concepts • An advanced understanding of one or more products and several product functions and the interdependencies between them • Certification as a CSQA from the Quality Assurance Institute is preferred
