• Grow revenue in the most strategic enterprise accounts through sales of First Advantage products and solutions within named Technology Vertical accounts • Develop and maintain strategic account management plans • Define strategic resource deployment to drive enterprise penetration of First Advantage solutions • Maintain existing account revenue and coordinate with clients, operations management, and technology to maintain service levels • Track revenue trends, upsell opportunities, and competitive threats • Identify additional products and solutions for customers • Coordinate cross-functional resources to maximize revenue opportunities • Explain First Advantage pricing, procedures, organization, and customer benefits • Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and sell First Advantage advantages • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews • Document and manage client action and project plans • Analyze trends, recommend customer-program changes, and resolve issues • Maintain knowledge of customers’ background screening and occupational health programs • Establish customer relationships at all levels and provide internal leadership in a matrixed environment • Partner with internal account teams to review program performance • Manage MSAs, Schedule As, Statements of Work, SLAs, SOPs, renewals, and RFP responses • Develop and deliver renewal proposals with value propositions • Manage customer monitoring and reporting programs • Host cadence client calls to nurture and grow account relationships • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA optional but preferred) • 5+ years’ proven experience and track record in sales account management, managing complex solutions and products for strategic National and or Global accounts with C-level relationship experience • Work experience in professional account management and sales environment is desirable • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Familiarity with reporting tools like Lookr Analytics and PowerBI helpful • Salesforce use and familiarity in helping track client information helpful • Strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills • Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem analysis and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel, including overnight travel, with as much as 20% travel requirements • Demonstrated networking capabilities, exhibiting a professional demeanor and business maturity • Ability to navigate large organizations and build strong internal partnerships • Must be located in the United States
