📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools • Build reporting portals, dashboards, data generators, and end-user information resources • Develop standard and custom reports covering business, operational, financial, and performance data • Create scalable analytical solutions using Domo and related BI platforms • Design and maintain semantic data models supporting AI readiness, advanced analytics, and chatbot capabilities • Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions • Maintain and enhance BI tools, databases, dashboards, workflows, and methodologies • Identify opportunities for reporting improvements, automation, and process optimization • Monitor and support existing reports, dashboards, and BI applications • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical solutions • Communicate data findings and present insights and trend analyses to technical and non-technical audiences • Develop and implement reporting automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency • Test and validate reporting solutions against business requirements • Continuously improve reporting quality, usability, scalability, and performance • Maintain documentation for requirements, technical designs, data mappings, processes, and operational procedures • Maintain Jira work items, tasks, estimates, statuses, and acceptance criteria

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 2–4+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and reporting solutions • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI platforms • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions • Experience working with multiple data sources while maintaining data quality and integrity • Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and exercise sound judgment • Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams • Experience with Domo preferred • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks preferred • Proficiency in Python, SQL, JSON, or similar technologies preferred • Experience with semantic modeling, AI-enabled analytics, and automation technologies preferred • Understanding of data governance and security best practices preferred • Project management experience or Major Domo certification preferred
